How do I check the status of a SuperShedBros.com order?

When you place a SuperShredBros.com order, you will receive an email confirmation. This email will include an order number and a link to track your package.

If you did not receive an email confirming your order or have not received your shipping confirmation email, this may mean that your order is still being processed. Also, these emails may have been delivered to your junk/spam folder.

 

How do I return a SuperShredBros.com order?

Merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchanged for any reason within 30 days from the shipping date.

The return authorization form is on the back of the packing slip that came with your order.

If you didn't receive the packing slip or do not have it, please write a note that lists the names of item(s) you are returning and the reason for the return(s). Please include the order number and your name, email address and phone number.

If available, use the original box and include any tags or other packaging that originally came with your order. Write the mailing information on the box or use your own label. Include your return address and the order number on the outside of the box.

How do I exchange orders from SuperShredBros.com?

Exchanges can be made for the same style in a different size or color only.

To exchange your product, note your request on the Return Form (on the back of the packing slip that came with the order). If the size or color requested is available, it will ship via Fedex Ground at no additional charge.

If you don't have the Return Form, include a note with the order number, your name/address/email address, and your request for an exchange (what you are exchanging and which size or color you want).

Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time we process your return. If we're sold out of the item you request after we process your return, you will receive a refund for the item you returned to the original method of payment.

To ensure you receive the item you want, you can place a reorder right away and return the original order for a refund.

These are separate transactions. While this means that you are carrying two charges until we receive the return, it also means that you will receive the item you ordered rather than seeing it sell out before we process your exchange.

How do I obtain my free return label?

SuperShredBros.com registered members are entitled to free return shipping on all orders. If you are not a registered member, you are not eligible for free shipping on your return.

1. Click on Order Status at the top of the page, then log in. This screen lists all of the orders that you have placed under this profile. If you are a registered member but your order is not listed, please contact us and we can assist you with a prepaid mailing label.

3. Select your order number from the drop-down menu, verify your email address and shipping address information, and select the method by which you would prefer to receive your prepaid mailing label.

 

If the item I ordered went on sale, can I get a refund for the difference?

SuperShredBros.com products that are marked down from the original purchase price are eligible for a one-time price adjustment if we are notified within 14 days of the date of purchase. Price adjustments will be issued to the original form of payment.

Promo Codes are not valid for previously placed orders, so we will not issue price adjustment refunds when a promo code results in an order discount.

If a product on your order has gone on sale within 14 days of the date of purchase, or if you have any questions about your order, please contact us.

 

How are SuperShredBros.com refunds processed?

Your return will be processed within 3 business days of receipt at our warehouse and a credit will be issued in the form of your original payment method. You will receive an e-mail notification once your return is processed. Please allow 1 - 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

 

How is my SuperShredBros.com order secure?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and who are required to keep the information confidential. When you place an order or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology -- the industry standard for secure online transactions -- and then encrypted into our databases, only to be accessed as stated above.

 

What are SuperShredBros.com's delivery timelines?

SuperShredBros.com processes and ships orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Properly completed orders submitted prior to 7:00pm ET will begin processing the same business day. Orders received after 7:00pm Eastern Time will begin processing the next business day.

May I ship my order to a non-US shipping address?

We are currently in our beta, so for now we only ship orders to the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii. Keep posted for future international shipping guidelines.

 

How do I cancel my order?

You may email support@supershredbros.com and use the message box to send us your cancellation request. Please include your order number and specific details about the item(s) you want to remove from your order. We will notify you of the status of your cancellation within 1-2 business days. **Please note: Orders that have already been sent to our warehouse for packing and shipping cannot be canceled, added to, or modified.
